Returns & refund policy

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item that does not suit you.

Return conditions

• The item must be unused, in its original condition and in its complete packaging.
• For hygiene reasons, some products in direct contact with the skin can only be returned if they have not been opened.

How to proceed

Email us at maisonmodele@yahoo.com with your order number. We will send you the return instructions within 24 hours.

Refund

Once your return has been received and checked, the refund is issued within 14 days to your original payment method.
