Terms and conditions of sale

These terms and conditions govern sales made on the NezConfort website. Placing an order implies full acceptance of these terms. The French version of these terms prevails.

Seller

Sales are made by Rayan Capela Goncalves, trading under the name "NezConfort", sole proprietor (micro-entrepreneur), SIRET 109 674 085 00013, registered office: Résidence Jardins de Montesquieu C 203, 96 Avenue Montesquieu, 33160 Saint-Médard-en-Jalles, France. VAT not applicable, article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.

Products and prices

Products are described as accurately as possible. Prices are shown in euros, including all taxes, excluding shipping costs.

Orders

A sale is considered final once the order has been confirmed and payment received.

Payment

Secure payment by credit card, Apple Pay or PayPal.

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with the law, you have 14 days to exercise your right of withdrawal (see our returns policy).

Warranties

All our products benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

Consumer mediation

In accordance with article L.616-1 of the French Consumer Code, in the event of a dispute you may use a consumer mediation service free of charge.
