How quickly is my order shipped?

Your order is prepared and shipped within 48 business hours.

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free to France and the entire European Union, with no minimum purchase. For other countries, shipping costs €4.99.

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number (check your spam folder). You can also enter it on our Order tracking page.

Can I return a product?

Yes, you have 14 days after delivery to change your mind. For hygiene reasons, the item must be unused and returned in its original packaging. Email us with your order number and we will reply within 24 hours. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the return.
